Swap lets you alternate between two calls (one internal, the other external) by pressing this personal key. Each call is private; neither person can overhear your conversation with the other.
Swap does not apply to 2500 telephones. For these sets refer to Brokers Call.

If you intend to use a feature key in Operation, program a Swap key or use Superkey (see Feature Keys for more information on Superkey programming).

To call another party when you are in an established two-party call:
Press the Trans/Conf, or
key of the Transfer softkey
key.
Dial the number.
To alternate between the two parties:
Press Swap, Trade, or Trade Calls.
To call another party when you are in an established two-party call:
Dial the number.

Do one of the following:
To speak privately with the calling party, press Source.
To speak privately with the called party, press Destination.
To call another party when you are in an established two-party call:
Press Hold.
Press # until Trans/Conf is displayed.
Press END.

Press RCL.

Press FCT.
Press down arrow key until Trans/Conf is displayed.
